Yuiclaw is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that gives you AI employees. Each one comes preconfigured with responsibilities, work steps and output formats, such as the PPT Designer, E-commerce Page Designer, Japan Tax Assistant and PM Project Manager, so you can assign work right after installing.
A general AI tool is a blank chat box, and results depend on who uses it. Yuiclaw delivers trained AI employees whose responsibilities, checklists and source documents are set in advance, so output stays consistent no matter who uses them.

The app is available in Japanese, Chinese and English, and AI employees work in all three.
Yes. You can set up several AI employees per team, each in a different role, with conversations kept separately by team and project. New roles can be installed from the employee market.
Yuipoints are Yuiclaw's single unit of usage. Chat, image generation and document creation all draw from the same allowance, and heavier tasks use more.
Free costs nothing and includes 800K Yuipoints when you sign up, valid for 7 days. Standard is ¥3,200/month with 12M, Pro is ¥9,800/month with 36M, and Ultra is ¥32,000/month with 120M. Enterprise is a ¥1M setup fee plus usage-based billing.
You can upgrade right away or buy a top-up pack to keep going that month. Monthly allowances do not roll over.
Yes. Upgrades take effect and are charged immediately, and your allowance resets to the new plan's full amount. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Yes. After you cancel, the allowance you've already paid for stays available until the end of the current billing cycle.
No. AI employees can only work inside their own folder. Access to any other folder must be granted by you in settings, as read-only or read-write, and can be revoked anytime.
Subscription plans: conversations and work files are stored on your computer, and conversation content is sent to the AI model provider for processing when generating answers. Enterprise: can be deployed privately on your own servers.
On macOS they are kept in the system Keychain; on Windows they are stored encrypted on your computer. Keys never appear in config files or logs, and AI employees cannot read them.
Usually 4 to 5 weeks: about 1 week to assess, 1 to 2 weeks to train the employee, and about 2 weeks of piloting on real work before full use.
Yes, as part of a custom plan. MCP connects ERP, CRM, databases and other systems, and RAG builds a private knowledge base from documents you approve.
Yes. Enterprise supports your own API key and can be deployed on your own servers.
